A Code that will make you sound like an alien!

Ok so this is one that I just remembered, this is Hannah btw. What you do is split the word after the first vowel in the word and hook the rest of the word onto the next word. So like "Today is going by very slowly." would be... "To dayi sgo ingb yve ryslo wly."

Try to decode these messages and try it on your own!!

Thi si sju stm ebu ti do ntli keju stinbe ibersso ngsb uti li keju stinbe iberhi mself.

(CARA DO NOT EDIT THE PHRASE ABOVE OR YOU WILL BE DEMOTED FROM AN AUTHOR TO A VISITOR ONLY!!!)

Morse Code

Morse code was used during wars way back before we had cell phones that could reach over long distances. Morse code is a series of taps and dashes of noise, light, or anything else you have handy.

Since my keyboard doesn't have a good dot to use this will just have to work...*

*=a dot= a tap
- =a dash

Pig Latin

Author's Note: ARE YOU KIDDING ME? I am not going to put a stupid author's note because author's notes are stupid so you can just be jealous MRA JHA!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, no. I over achieved. Fail, Cara. Just fail. Why am I posting something that I wasn't forced to do and isn't school related. Right, codes. Right now, I am going to explain the physics of Pig Latin. Pig Latin is one of the easiest codes to decode and to write/speak in.

Speaking Pig Latin is very simple. Just say it how it looks. You can't go wrong! Writing in Pig Latin is also quite simple. Take the word you are looking to translate and move the 1st letter to the end of the word and add "ay". Try this simple phrase!

How would you say "My name is Cara."

The correct answer is "ymay amenay siay aracay!" Did you get it right?

Try decoding this phrase. "quirellsay reaay mazingaay!"

Did you get ""Squirells are amazing!"? If so, Good Job! If not, keep practicing.

Try writing your own sentences in Pig Latin and please leave comments and/or questions below!

How To Make Your Own Code

Hey! This is Alaina here, but you can just refer to me as Letty Lettybean Kaloofaface Zombie God Squirrel the 23rd. Just kidding.

I'm kind of a crazy person, and I spend a lot of time "stalking" people. Well, I spend a lot of time talking about people when I don't want them to know that I'm really talking about them. So, I made up code names, or nicknames, for my friends and I to use so that no one knows what the heck we're even talking about.

My favorite code is one that I wrote with my friends Sunni and Samantha. It started with this guy who I called "Socks", because that was his nickname in 4th grade. Eventually, I had dubbed his friends "Shoes" and "Pants". After that, we had devised the entire code out of clothing items and food. Right now, we have a huge list of people from a bunch of different schools. This list consists of Socks, Shoes, Pants, Hats, Scarves, Shirts, Coats, Hoods, Glasses, Shorts, Sombrero, Gloves, Strawberry, Raspberry, Mac, Chocolate, Caramel, Fritos, Peanut Butter, Snickers, and probably some others that I'm forgetting.

Using these code names makes life so much fun! Now, you can run around rambling about how much you loooooooooove Shirts and Pants, and Pants' brother Shorts, and his friend Fritos, and his frenemy Shoes, who's best friends with Raspberry (Razzy) and Socks. See, isn't that hilarious?!? YES!! Try to make your own! Pick a category and make up some names!!!!

Code #1

This code was made up by my friend Cara, who is also an author of this blog. This is one we use the most because it is the easiest to learn. It works the best when you use it for a few words/names because then you can keep track of how to pronounce the name/word. Also keep the words you are using short and simple for the ease of decoding it. Here is how to use it and a few examples:

Take the first and third letter of the word and add an "a" at the end...for single letters keep it the same.

EXAMPLES

HLA MYA NMA ISA HNA.

^Hello my name is Hannah

MYA PTA ISA CTA!

^My pet is cute!

Try it on your own...

What does this say?

YOA AEA MYA BSA FIA!

Try to write your own name with this code. Try to write a few different words too!

Codes

This is a blog made for any kinds of codes you want... mostly they are made up..but they can come useful when the time comes!!! Hope you enjoy this blog and find these codes helpful!!!
